About the Service

Plover is an SMS text response service that delivers AI-generated interactive narrative replies to messages you send. The same service is freely available via Nostr direct message from any Nostr client (Amethyst, Damus, Primal, 0xchat, and others). Plover-over-SMS is simply an optional convenience for using the service from your phone.

How to Opt In

Opting in is completely voluntary. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging in order to use Plover — you can always use Plover via Nostr direct message instead, at no cost.

To opt in to SMS:

Text any message to +1 (844) 844-1427.
You will receive a one-time disclosure message.
Reply YES to confirm you would like to receive SMS responses from Plover.
If you do not reply YES, no further messages will be sent.

Message Frequency: One response per message you send. No recurring, scheduled, or promotional messages.
Message & Data Rates: Standard rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details.
Opt-Out: Text STOP at any time to stop all messages.
